I started "trying to get healthy" today.
It's been about thirty years since I "tried to get healthy," and, after three decades the consensus is: Don't much care for it.
It's hard to break a thirty years streak, ya know?
Though I do like the "starting" part of "trying to get healthy."
I don't have to do a ton of sets or reps with heavy weights, I can just pick up a weight, do a couple reps, and there ya go, I'm "trying to get healthy."
I can stop eating so much junk food and just eat a little junk food and, voilà, I'm "trying to get healthy."
The bad part is, of course, that eventually I'll have to lift heavier weights, start doing sets, hit the treadmill, and start eating healthy food . . . but not today.
No, siree Bob.
